Stuffed Shells Recipe:
- Jumbo Pasta Shells – 1 Package
- Eggs – 2 beaten
- Ricotta Cheese – 1 container
- Mozzarella Cheese – 1 pound
- Parmesan Cheese – 8 ounce
- Parsley – 1 tablespoon dried
- Salt – 2 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Pasta Sauce – 1 Jar
- Fresh Mushroom – 8 ounces
How to make Stuffed Shells:
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F.
Heat water in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of salt to the water and boil it.
Now add 1 package of Jumbo pasta shells to the boiling water and cook them.
Once cooked drain the water and rinse them with cold water and drain them as well.
Take a bowl and beat two eggs in it.
Now add a container of Ricotta cheese to the eggs.
Then add 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese to it.
Now add a tablespoon of ground parsley, two teaspoons of salt and one teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Add a half cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Stir them together and make a mixture of cheese and egg.
Fill the pasta shells with the cheese mixture and keep it on a baking tray.
Now its time to prepare the sauce. Take a bowl and add a jar of your favorite Pasta Sauce.
Add 8 ounces of chopped mushroom to the sauce.
Then add 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese and a half cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Mix them thoroughly to form a mushroom cheese sauce.
Now add the sauce over the stuffed shells.
Keep them in the preheated oven and bake them for 45 to 60 minutes.
Once cooked remove them from the tray and serve them after 10 to 15 minutes. Delicious Stuffed shells are ready.
