Spring Roll Recipe | How to make Spring Roll: Spring Roll is a favourite dish for all kids even for the adults. Here is the method to cook this delicious dish “Spring Roll Recipe”.
Spring Roll Recipe:
- Cabbage – 3 cup shredded
- Carrot – 1/2 cup shredded
- Capsicum – 1/2 cup finely chopped
- Spring Onions – 2 sprigs
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – little
- Spring Roll Wrappers – 5
- Oil – 1 cup for deep frying
- Cooked Noodles – 1 cup
Take a pan and heat oil in the pan. Cook at high flame. Once the oil gets heated, add the spring onions and saute for a minute.
Now add the shredded carrot, cabbage and the capsicum to the pan and saute them.
Fry them until the veggies are half cooked but crispy and then add two tsp of soya sauce.
Then add a tsp of vinegar to the mixture.
Now add the spring onions, pepper and a very less amount of salt to it. Take care not to add more salt as the salt is present in the soya sauce as well as the wrappers.
Once it is done, keep it aside. Now take a wrapper and keep it in your work area. Now add the filings like I have made in the picture.
Begin to roll from one end of the wrapper until you reach the middle. Then fold one corner as in the image.
Repeat the same for the other edge and again roll from the below. Look into the image.
Now seal the edges completely and keep it aside and start doing for the other wraps.
Take another pan and heat a cup of oil to fry the roll. Once the oil gets heated, add the rolls to the oil. Keep stirring the rolls to evenly fry it.
When the rolls turn golden in colour, transfer them to a paper towel or kitchen tissue to absorb the excess oil.
Hot and crispy veg spring roll is ready to be served. Serve them with ketchup.
