Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe:
- Pancetta – 100 Grams
- Pecorino cheese – 50 Grams
- Parmesan Cheese – 50 Grams
- Eggs – 3 Large
- Spaghetti – 350 Grams
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Butter – 50 Grams
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper – As needed
Classic Spaghetti Carbonara:
Take 350 Grams of Spaghetti and cook it in boiling water.
Sprinkle few pinches of salt in the water along with the Spaghetti. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now in a hot pan, add 50 grams of unsalted butter and let it to melt. While it is melting 2 cloves of minced garlic to it. It adds flavor to the butter.
Then take 100 grams of Pancetta and add them with the butter.
Mix them thoroughly and let it to cook for 10 minutes. Let it to fry.
Meanwhile break the three eggs and beat them together.
Once the Pancetta is cooked, add the cooked Spaghetti to it. Add the Spaghetti directly from the boiled water. The mix the Spaghetti and Pancetta together.
Then add the Pecorino Cheese and 50 grams of Parmesan Cheese.
Once adding the cheese, add the beaten eggs and mix them together.
Make sure to cook on low flame. Mix them together until the Spaghetti and egg cook together. Once the Spaghetti is cooked, switch off the stove.
Serve Spaghetti Carbonara hot by sprinkling few pinches of cheese and pepper over it.
