Roasted Cauliflower Recipe:
- Garlic – 2 tablespoon (Minced)
- Olive Oil – 3 tablespoon
- Cauliflower – 1 large (Separated into florets)
- Cheese – 1/3 cup grated
- Fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon chopped
- Salt and Pepper – To Taste
Take a large cauliflower and separate the cauliflower into florets. Remove the leaves first and then cut at the bottom to break it into florets.
Then take the florets into a bowl and rinse them in water.
Once they are rinsed in water, drain the water and dry the florets using a kitchen tissue.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Take a baking tray and add olive oil to it. Spread the oil over the base of the tray.
Now take a fresh parsley and finely chop them to get a tablespoon of chopped parsley. Keep it aside.
Then chop the garlic cloves so that you get two tablespoons of finely minced garlic.
Add the chopped garlic to a reusable plastic bag.
Now add three tablespoons of oil to the plastic bag.
Mix oil and garlic together and add the cauliflower florets into the bag. Seal the bag and shake to mix them together.
Once the garlic and oil get mixed with the florets, transfer the florets to the baking tray.
Sprinkle few pinches of salt and pepper over the florets.
Keep the tray in the preheated oven and let it gets fried for 25 minutes. You should change the florets upside down in between this process to heat both the sides evenly. Once cooked, remove the tray from the oven.
Set the oven to the broil state. Spread the grated cheese over the cauliflower florets.
Now sprinkle a tablespoon of chopped parsley over the Florets.
Keep the tray again in the oven and broil for 3 to 5 minutes. Take care not to burn the florets.
Once it turns golden in color, remove the tray from the oven and serve it hot.
