Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
- Brussels Sprouts – 1 1/2 pounds
- Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Kosher Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
How to cook Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Take the brussels sprouts (about 1 1/2 pounds) and rinse them using fresh water. Once all the sprouts are rinsed, keep them over a paper towel and dry all of them.
Now take the Brussels Sprouts and cut the edge. Then remove the yellow leaves if you find anything in it.
Take a reusable plastic bag and put all the Brussels sprouts in it.
Now take three tablespoons of olive oil and add them along with the brussels sprouts in the same plastic bag.
Then add one teaspoon of salt along with a half teaspoon of ground pepper inside the plastic bag.
Seal the plastic bag and shake them well. Mix them thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes until the sprouts mix with the oil, salt, and the pepper.
Take a baking tray with a baking paper over it. Deposit the mixed Brussels Sprouts over it.
In the preheated oven, Keep the baking tray and let it cook for 40 to 45 minutes. For every seven minutes, just shake the baking tray so that the sprouts change their position and gets heated on all the sides.
Once cooked transfer them to a bowl. Good roasted Brussels Sprouts is ready to be served.
