Schezwan dosa is a spicy and crispy dosa recipe. It is a famous Mumbai street food. This dosa is actually a combination of the Indo Chinese and South Indian cuisine. Schezwan dosa is made only with the schezwan sauce and veggies, potato masala is not added to this dosa. If you add potato masala to it, it is called schezwan masala dosa. This dosa can be easily made with the leftover dosa batter.
Schezwan dosa can be served for breakfast or as a snack. If you have chopped veggies and schezwan sauce ready, you can easily make this dosa. You can add any of your favourite veggies to this dosa. You can serve this spicy and delicious dosa with sambar or coconut chutney.

Schezwan dosa Recipe | How to make Schezwan dosa
Schezwan dosa is a spicy and crispy dosa recipe. It is a famous Mumbai street food.
First, chop or grate the veggies and keep aside.
Next, mix the dosa batter lightly.
Heat a pan or tawa and spread some oil on the pan using a cotton cloth or kitchen paper towel.
Using a ladle, pour the batter on the tawa and spread to get a round dosa.
On a low to medium flame cook the dosa.
After the top gets cooked, add 1 or 2 tsp butter or oil and 1 or 2 tsp schezwan sauce on the dosa.
Spread the sauce and butter.
Next, add sthe chopped or grated veggies and chopped coriander leaves.
Using a spatula spread the mixture evenly on the dosa.
Cook the schezwan dosa until crisp and golden from the base.
Gently fold and turn over the dosa on the pan.
Using a spatula or pizza cutter cut the schezwan dosa into 3 or 4 parts.
Serve the schezwan dosa with sambar or coconut chutney.
