Perfect Ten Baked Cod is a Simple, quick, and delicious baked cod recipe. You can serve this cod dish with rice pilaf and spinach that has been lightly seared in garlic and olive oil.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Melt 2 tsp butter in a microwave for about 30 seconds on high.
Into melted butter add buttery round crackers.
Take remaining 2 tsp butter in a baking dish and melt in the preheated oven for about 1 to 3 minutes and then remove dish from oven.
In the baking dish coat both sides of cod in melted butter.
Bake cod in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the cod from oven and top with lemon juice, cracker mixture, and wine.
Place back in oven and bake for about 10 more minutes until the cod is non-transparent and cut easily with a fork.
Serve Perfect Ten Baked Cod with lemon wedges garnishing with parsley and green onion.
