Mango Falooda is made with chopped fresh mangoes, fresh mango puree, and mango ice cream. It is a quick falooda recipe. Everybody will love mangoes and this Falooda is called as a mango heaven as it is filled with a lot of mango flavors. In this falooda chopped mangoes, mango puree and mango ice cream everything is added, all these together tastes just amazing. If you don’t have ice cream then you can skip it.This is just a basic recipe for Mango Falooda, I didn’t add mango jelly or mango custard to this falooda. But if you want mango jelly or mango custard then you can add both.
Mango Falooda is a summer Indian beverage or dessert. If you want a vegan version then add vegan ice cream and almond milk. Adding chilled milk and sabja seeds give the falooda a cooling touch. Rose syrup gives the falooda a nice rose flavor and fragrance.

Mango Falooda is made with chopped fresh mangoes, fresh mango puree, and mango ice cream. It is a quick falooda recipe.
First, in 3/4 cup water soak the sabja seeds for about 20 to 30 minutes. Later strain the sabja seeds and keep aside.
Next, cook the falooda sev as per package instructions. Some falooda sev can be prepared just by soaking in warm water. I had to cook the falooda sev like noodles in boiling water. If you need to cook the falooda sev then in water boil them until they turn soft.
After the falooda sev is cooked, rinse them in water. Drain and keep aside. Let the falooda sev to cool at room temperature. Instead of falooda sev you can also use wheat vermicelli or rice vermicelli.
Next, add rose syrup in a serving glass.
Next, add 2 tsp sabja seeds.
Next, add 2 to 3 tsp falooda sev.
Next, add 3 tsp mango puree.
Next, add 1/4 to 1/3 cup chilled milk.
Next, again add 1 to 2 tsp sabja seeds and 2 to 3 tsp falooda sev.
Next, again add 2 to 3 tsp mango puree.
Next, add 1/3 to 1/2 cup chilled milk again.
Next, add chopped mangoes.
Next, add a scoop of mango or vanilla ice cream, sliced pistachios or mix of chopped dry fruits and some more chopped mangoes. If you want you can add crushed ice or ice cubes.
