Crispy potato wedges always taste great. I usually slice the potatoes and then add oil and seasoning and then I will bake them in the oven but here in this recipe, I tried adding fresh parsley and breadcrumbs. These Crispy potato wedges will be soft inside and crunchy outside with tons of flavours. One thing you have to keep in mind while making these wedges is to cut the potatoes perfectly. You can season these wedges with your favourite spices. Add salt as per your taste but salty potato wedges taste really great. You can make these potato wedges quickly just within few minutes.
Crispy potato wedges can be served Plain with tomato ketchup or you can also have these Crispy and delicious potato wedges with burgers. To make this potato wedges no parboiling or pre-soaking is needed. These potato wedges are healthy as they are baked in the oven.

First, Pre-heat the oven to 200 C.
Next, spray some of the oil into a baking tray and place it in the oven to heat up.
Next, after the tray heats up to remove the tray from the oven and place the potato wedges in the tray. Drizzle the potatoes with the remaining oil. Next, add salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, paprika, and some fresh parsley. Mix all these well with potatoes.
Next, in the preheated oven bake the potatoes for about 30 to 40 minutes until they are cooked well. After baking let the potato wedges to cool and then sprinkle with remaining parsley.
Serve the Crispy potato wedges with tomato ketchup.
