Paneer jalfrezi recipe:
- Paneer- 200 to 250 grams.Carrot- 1 small to medium.
- Carrot- 1 small to medium.
- Baby corn- 9 to 10.
- Capsicum- 1 medium to large.
- Onion- 1 large.
- Tomato- 1 medium to large.
- Ginger paste- 1.5 tsp.
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp.
- Dry red chilies – 2.
- White vinegar or apple cider- 1/2 tsp or as required.
- Sugar- 1/2 or as required.
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1/2 to 1 tsp.
- Oil- 2 tsp.
How to make Paneer jalfrezi:
Thinly slice all the veggies or shred all the vegetables in a food processor.
Heat the oil in a pan and then add the ginger paste and dry chili and sauce until the rawness of the ginger goes away.
Next, add the sauced onions.
Saute the onions for about 2 to 3 mins and then add cumin and black pepper powder and saute for further 3 mins.
Next, add all the veggies and stir and cook them for about 10 to 12 mins.
meanwhile, blend the tomato in a blender and add the tomato puree to the veggies.
Cook until the rawness of the tomato goes away for about 6 to 7 mins and then add salt and sugar and then also add vinegar or apple cider.
At last, add the paneer and cook for about 2 to 3 mins.
At last, add the coriander leaves.
