Garlic Shrimp Recipe:
- Olive Oil – 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Shrimp – 1 pound (Peeled and Deveined)
- Salt – To taste
- Garlic – 6 cloves (Finely Minced)
- Red Pepper Flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice – 3 tablespoons
- Butter – 1 1/2 cup cold
- Fresh parsley – 1/3 cup
- Water – As needed
How to cook Garlic Shrimp:
Heat a pan and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil. Heat the pan to the maximum. Set the flame to high.
Now add a pound of peeled and deveined Shrimps to the heated oil.
Season the Shrimp with a pinch of salt and start to cook the Shrimps.
Stir them on a high flame and toss them once the side turns brownish in color. Fry the other side of the Shrimp as well.
Now add 6 cloves of minced garlic to the Shrimp. Make sure you add enough garlic to the Shrimp.
Mix the garlic completely with the Shrimp and let it to fry.
Then add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice to the Shrimp. Add the freshly chopped parsley along with a piece of butter.
Saute them for 2 to 3 minutes. Then reduce the flame to low. Now add the remaining pieces of butter to the pan and stir them. This adds flavor to your Garlic Shrimp. Saute them for 10 minutes on low flame. It is the time to test the salt. Check the taste and adjust if by adding the salt if you wish to.
