- Almond Milk – 1 1/2 cup
- All purpose flour – 2 cups
- White sugar – 1 cup
- Baking Powder – 2 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Oil – 1/2 cup (Melted to liquid)
- Vanilla extract – 1 1/4 tsp
- Let’s start by preheating the oven at 350-degree Fahrenheit.
- Now line 18 cups in a baking tray so that once the mixture is ready, we can start heating it by adding it to the cups.
Add one tablespoon of vinegar to a 2 cup measuring cup.
Add 2 cup of almond milk to the vinegar.
After adding almond milk with vinegar, let it stand until the milk curdles about 5 minutes. This will create a dairy free version of buttermilk. This will add a nice taste to these cupcakes and make them more tender.

Divide the batter evenly into 18 cupcakes.
Now bake them in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now cool the cupcakes directly on the muffed pans set on top of the cooling racks.
Top the cakes with any frosting you wish to.
