Chicken Nuggets Recipe:
- Chicken Breast – 250 g (Boneless, Skinless)
- All purpose flour / Maida – 1/2 cup
- Salt – As needed
- Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Egg – 1
- Bread Crumbs – 3/4 cup
How to make Chicken Nuggets:
Take the 250g of chicken in a bowl and sprinkle some of your favourite seasonings. Sprinkle a quarter tsp of spice powder along with a half tsp of garam masala. You can also add a half tsp of ginger garlic paste or ginger garlic powder. Toss them well and set aside until you prepare the rest.
Now take three different bowls, one for egg, other for the bread crumbs and the one for flour/Maida. Beat the egg in a bowl. Add pepper to the flour and keep the breadcrumbs in the other.
Then take the moist chicken and put them in the flour. Coat the chicken with the flour.
Once it is coated with the flour take them and coat it with the eggs. Coat them thoroughly with the eggs.
Immediately place them in the bread crumbs and coat them well again with the bread crumbs.
Allow the coated chicken to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. This will make the breadcrumbs to stick well with the chicken.
Heat oil in a pan and drop the coated chicken one after the other. Make sure to fry them in batches. Make sure the oil is not very hot as the oil will brown the nuggets before cooking the chicken.
Keep stirring the nuggets and fry evenly on all the sides. Once fried, dry them on a paper tissue.
Serve the chicken Nuggets hot with tomato ketchup.
