How to make Chicken Kebab:
First, do the marination mixture. Take thick curd, lemon juice, Turmeric (optional), Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli powder, Garam Masala, Oil, Salt (As required) and mix them thoroughly to prepare the marination. You can blend onions into a mixture and add it along with the marinated mixture.
Add Boneless chickens in a bowl and make sure there is no water. Before using chicken clean it and rinse with water and then remove the water from the chicken.
Marinate the chicken with the mixture prepared above and add layer separated onions along with this. Please look the below picture.
Marinate and keep it aside for at least 4 hours. I usually marinate it the previous night and refrigerate the mixture to make the chicken softer.
Preheat the oven to 240 degrees C. When the marinated chicken is ready to be cooked, you can take a skewer and prickle chicken and onion alternatively and keep it aside.
Grill the kebab in an oven for 15 to 20 minutes and flip them. Now grill them again for another 15 to 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes prefer to grill on the top rack of the oven. This will make the onions better to give a better flavor.
Once cooked, serve the chicken with mint chutney. I hope everyone will love this delicious homemade chicken kebab recipe.
