  1. First, take water in a medium saucepan and bring it to a boil.

  2. Then, boil rice vermicelli for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until firm, and drain.

  3. Take a bowl with warm water. Dip one wrapper into the hot water for 1 second to soften.

  5. Then place 2 shrimp halves, in a row across the center.

  6. And then a handful of vermicelli, basil, mint, cilantro, and lettuce, leaving at least 2 inches gap on each side.

  7. Fold uncovered sides inward and tightly roll the wrapper, beginning at the end with the lettuce. Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients.

  8. Take a bowl, and add fish sauce, water, lime juice, garlic, sugar and chili sauce. Mix well.
