Mango mastani Recipe | How to make Mango mastani
Mango mastani is a popular dessert of Pune, It is a thick mango milkshake topped with mango or vanilla ice cream.
Take the cashews, almonds and pistachios, slice or chop them. keep them aside with few glazed cherries(optional).
Next, peel and chop the mangoes and blend them in a blender jar or you can also use 3 to 3.5 cups of mango pulp or puree.
Keep few chopped, mangoes aside for topping the mastani drink.
Next, add 2 to 3 tsp sugar or as required in a blender jar.
Next, add 1.5 cups full cream milk or as required.
Blend to a smooth milkshake, if required add some more sugar and if you want you can add ice cubes too while blending.
Pour this smooth and thick mango milkshake into glasses leaving some space in the top for adding ice cream scoops.
Next, add 1 or 2 vanilla or mango ice cream scoops.
Top with the sliced dry fruits and chopped mangoes, and garnish with the glazed cherries.
Serve the mango mastani immediately with spoon and straw.
