  • Medium Alphonso mangoes-2 or chopped mangoes of any variety-1.5 cups.
  • Sugar- As required.
  • Chopped agar agar strands-2 tsp.
  • Water-1/3 cup.
  • Thick coconut milk-200ml or 3/4 cup.

Peel or chop two medium sized mangoes and put them in a mixer or blender jar.
