Black Bean Veggie Burgers | Homemade Recipe: After trying this burger, you will never try any other frozen burgers. These are so easy to prepare and very very delicious veggies to eat.
Black Bean Veggie Burgers:
- Black beans – 1 can (16 ounces)
- Green Bell Pepper – 1/2
- Onion – 1/2
- Garlic – 3 Cloves
- Egg – 1
- Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Chili Sauce – 1 tsp
- Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
Black Bean Veggie Burgers Recipes:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Take a baking tray and spray a little oil on the Baking plate.
Take a Green Bell Pepper and cut it into two halves. We just need a half. Cut the half into pieces and add them to a jar.
Take an onion and cut it two halves. Take a half and cut into small wedges. Put it along with the bell pepper in a jar.
Then take three pieces of garlic cloves and add it to the jar.
Blend all the three into a fine mix in the jar.
In a bowl, take one can of black bean (16 Ounce). Drain it if required.
Smash the beans by using a fork.
Add the mixed bell pepper, onion and garlic to the mashed black beans.
Mix them thoroughly and keep them aside.
In another bowl, Mix an egg along with 1 tsp of chilli powder.
Add 1 tsp of cumins and 1 tsp of Chili Sauce to the eggs. Mix all together thoroughly.
Add the egg mixture to the black bean mixture along with 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and mix everything together.
Now shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Then bake them in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes per side.
Serve the burger hot with all the usual burger fillings.
